About Hae-Sun Kang
Hae-Sun Kang was born in South Korea; she began studying violin at the age of three. Studies with Christian Ferras and Jean Hubeau at the Conservatoire de Paris. Further studies with Yfrah Neaman, Franco Gulli, Wolfgang Schneiderhahn, Herman Krebbers, Felix Galimir, Josef Gingold und Yehudi Menuhin. Concertmistress with the Orchestre de Paris, 1993. Member of the Ensemble Intercontemporain since 1994. Kang has performed on numerous world premieres in Donaueschingen, Salzburg, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Paris and New York.
