About Ron Kuivila
Ron Kuivila (*1955 in Boston MA) studied under Alvin Lucier at Wesleyan University, graduating in both music and mathematics. With a group of musicians, he wrote the software Formula: A Programming Language for Expressive Computer Music, which has been used by many composers, e. g. David Behrman. Ron Kuivila teaches composition at Wesleyan University and has realized many exhibitions and installations all over the world.
