Trance Mission - Meanwhile

The second album of the formation around mastermind Stephen Kent is at least as intense and conjuring as the debut. The ever hypnotic rhythm structures of Didgeridoo and percussions weave a glittering web of best World-Beat-Crossover blended with synthesizers and samples, bass clarinette/s, (animal) horn/s, flute/s and Eda Maxyms siren song works. Generally less impressionistic and more sophisticated than the preceding production, ''Meanwhile'' unfolds, now gentle, now driving, always charged with atmosphere and suspense - like an enchanted place right before the thunderstorm.
